-Providing end-to-end administrative support for the sales cycle.
-Providing customer service, handling client issues and enquiries.
-Processing closed projects in coordination with accounting, purchasing, logistics and Project management departments.
-Preparing projects costing, BOQs, proposal documents and tender document.
-Building and maintaining effective partnership with suppliers and vendors.
-Sending price inquiries to suppliers, registering deals, negotiating prices, discount levels, commercial and delivery terms.
-Identifying new potential suppliers when needed.
-Handling renewals.
-Responsible of Sending proposal of locations to clients & Billposting confirmation.
-Coordinate between Sales department & Technical department.
-Participating in issuing improvement action forms and in the disposal of non conforming procedures and forms (ISO) .
-Processing all company orders and issuing invoices.
-Issuing weekly sales and stock report to management and sales team.
-Collaborating with them to prepare forecasts.
-Monitoring inventory to guaranty adequate stock levels and monitor unsold inventory.
-Purchasing.
-Issuing a new company profile and creating a new website design in coordination with management and graphic designer
-Handling brochures, flyers, from design (with graphic designer), and follow up all to the final Printing.
-Keep track of competitor’s marketing communication activities and reporting to Management
-Managing Client Database.
-Issuing prospecting lists for the operator and coordinating sales meetings
-Assisting sales team in issuing quotations, managing distribution of any sales documentation.
-Corresponding with partners & foreign suppliers, requesting marketing material.
-Acting as sales Executive for non business clients.
-Handling non business Client’s instalment applications in coordination with Bank.
-Processing RMA requests in a timely manner and according to rules.
