Maintain showroom appearance and upkeep.
Assist customers as they come in to the showroom and do quotations for their inquiry.
Demonstrate product to walk in customers.
Prepares daily and monthly sales report including supporting documents.
Assist sales representatives who may need help, like doing quotations, order, etc.
Check the incoming and outgoing items to be transferred to/from the main warehouse.
Handling petty cash and payment of miscellaneous expense according to company policy and regulations.
=Receiving incoming calls and inquiries over the phone
=Oversaw walk-in clientele inquiries
=Assisting over-the-counter payments for utility bills, i.e., water, electricity, and telephone
=Receipt issuance for Taxpayers, encoding payment receipts.
=Encoding and filing of information for new accounts and documents.
=Investigate and correct error's per customer request according to bank and customer records.
=Assisting closing of day to day accounts journal.
=Perform foreign currency transaction.
=Report to the Accounts Manager.
=Gathering and encoding market and customer information.
=Prepare authorize refund voucher.
=Investigate and collect returned items.
=Updating and auditing daily sales summaries coming from different store branches, including supporting documentation.
=Prepare monthly sales summary for rental and tax purposes of the store.
=Prepare and organize credit card information generated from sales of all store branches.
=Involve in quarterly inventory in all branches.
