Projects consist to organize and enhance the internal processes, forecasting, budgeting, costing, procurement, warehousing, planning and production, using the following methodologies: SWOT analysis, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, DMAIC wheel, ERP, MRP, High Performance Team, Empowerment and Delegation
Managing 4 departments: Master Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouses.
Major achievements:
• Restructure the Supply Chain to run its activities in systematic processes through setting up the master planning dept. responsible for planning, order management, S&OP (Sales & Operation), inventory management, branches stock management.
• Setting up the yearly, quarterly and monthly procurement budgeting
• Enhance Inventory turn mainly by applying JIT (Just In Time)
• Reduce the Cost mostly by working jointly with the design team
• Reduce Freight cost mostly by reducing air freight and enhance our cross trade shipments
• Increase our DPO (Days Payable Outstanding) by having supply agreement with our main suppliers
• Enhance our On Time Delivery by implementing S&OP processes
*Generate Master Production Schedules for forecast and sales orders
*Maintain accurate MRP and CRP
*Coordinate between the different departments: Sales, Costing, Design, *Purchase, accounting, production and quality.
*Generate statistical reports, Production indicators and material boards.
*Responsible of ERP implementation in Manufacturing department.
*In charge of the management and organization of the workshop supervising 110 employees.
*Work centers scheduling of all work orders.
*Analyze and optimize labor and machine cost.
*Ensured that all designs (Elect & Mech) were set to the required specifications.
*Assist the Sales and the costing department in establishing the cost and preparing the offers.
*Realized projects:
I- A project consisting of 37 power plants
each including 4x2MVA containerized gensets to run in parallel between each other and in parallel with the grid. The scope of supply includes:
- Containerized gensets with their control Panels and all the relevant accessories
- MV switchgears 11KV
- Step-up Transformers
- Earth protection system
- Bulk fuel tanks
The output of the design department includes:
- General design
- Shop drawings
- BOM
II- New series design for gensets and their canopies
III- New series design for Flood lighting
IV- GPU (Ground Power Unit) design
V- Design for GSM genset units with their enclosure

*Responsible for production, quality control, purchasing, sales, human resources and maintenance.
