I have been working for the past 12 years at James Rammal Advertising LLC (JRA), a well-established advertising agency situated in the heart of Dubai. My position at said company is Creative Director as well as the resident Senior and Photoshop Artist. During my stay at JRA, I've learned the value of marketing and advertising on a brand and have since understood what drives the public interest. I've enhanced my skills in Adobe Photoshop and have been proficient in said program, especially for Creative Concepts/Visuals and Photo Manipulation. I've been quite accomplished in Advertising, Brand Management, Art Direction, Logo Design, Character Development and Social Media Graphic Design; and have dabbled in writing for brochures, social media posts and advertisements as well.
From 1996 to 2005, I was employed at Empire Multimedia Corporation, formerly known as Empire International Merchandising Corporation, which is an established Intellectual Properties Licensing and Merchandising firm in the Philippines. During my stay in the company, I was charged to take the lead of the Creative Department to preserve the quality of artworks presented to the clients as well as ensure that all copyright rules and brand-related guidelines are met to the fullest. With over 9 years of experience, I successfully guided at least 3 batches of extremely talented artists to reach their full potential until the day came for them to look for greener pastures.
I am a Bachelor of Fine Arts Graduate, majoring in Advertising from Far Eastern University in the Philippines. Despite it being my native country, English is my first language and I am quite an eloquent weaver of words as well as very much in touch with the Western culture.
