• Developed and implemented a large scale Employee Engagement and Volunteerism Program called Organic Fair Week and Caravan for Smart in its HQ with 3000+ employees and immediately replicated in i-Con’s office, a subsidiary of Smart with 1000+ employees.
• Organized and set up a number of Art Exhibits in line with the Community Art advocacy of the company that increased the profits of the different social enterprises of the adopted communities (Smart Tower, Venice Piazza, Proscenium Rockwell, Sonria Ayala Alabang, SM MegaMall Art Center)
• Ensured 100% attainment of project objectives by working jointly with third party suppliers or vendors.
