Schedule the project in logical steps and time required to meet deadlines. Inspect and review projects to monitor
compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations. Study job specifications to determine appropriate
construction methods. Select and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project. Requisition supplies
and materials to complete construction projects. Develop and implement quality control programs. Take actions to deal
with the results of delays or emergencies at construction site. Confer with supervisory personnel, contractors, and

Examine the project scope and program and assess the plant, material and manpower requirement for the job. Input
into the procurement of sub-contractors required for different packages and manage them effectively once they are on
Site. Implement best practices and tools for safe and efficient project execution. Liaise with the consultant team on all
issues pertaining to the drawings, project plan, schedules and problems for quick resolution of all issues on Site. Identify
and manage project dependencies and critical path, regularly monitor actual progress against the project plan and
taking quick corrective action where required. Manage quality for the works carried out to ensure that the products
meet all specifications. Coordinate with the municipality agencies during visits on the site and ensure adherence to
Quality, Health and Safety regulations on all assigned sites.
Supervise the site regularly; attend to all technical and engineering problems, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and
timely manner thereby achieving project requirements and quality standards. Manage the process for timely and
accurate drawings production, submittals and approvals, assess the material requirements, approve and submit the
material requisition accurately so as to facilitate purchase of appropriate quantities of materials. Assist ATS Team to
prepare weekly, monthly progress reports.
Responsible for management, development and planning of a part of a construction site. Install and organize the
construction (logistics, materials and people). Direct all aspects of the day-to-day execution of the project, and my
monitor and coordinate work performed by superintendents and foremen. Lead, coach and manage several skilled and
experienced site execution staff. Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of
