Up till 2009 managed, lead & Conducted preliminary and full investigations including complex investigations into allegations of fraud and unsatisfactory conduct. This includes reviewing and analyzing all information to determine its relevancy and reliability, conducting interviews, conducting other investigative research activities, and determining the appropriate presentation of investigative results.

Enrollment patterns included a total enrollment of approximately 1400 students with an average yearly income of $20Mil. CAC has total staff composed of 154 full time internationally recruited, 21 part time faculty staff and around 300 local staff in administration, finance, etc.

Direct and supervise the day to day work of the Director of Finance and his staff within the Finance Department. Direct and supervise the day to day work of the Human Resource Department. This is not limited to but includes:

USAID mission in Egypt is the largest mission in the world, with a cumulative portfolio of $6.5 billion, and an annual budget of $815 million for project activities, an annual operating expense budget of $13 million and around 300 million Egyptian pounds as Funds- in - Trust all under my direct supervision.
Served as the source of advice on financial management to USAID senior management.
Supervised 38 employees in three divisions: Loans and Grants Project Administration and Accounting, Operating Expense Administration and Accounting/ Budget (Annual Budget Preparation and administration), Accounts Payable and Receivable and Cashier operations.
Responsible for overseeing the Financial Operations for USAID/Tunis with $20 million annual budget for projects and operating expenses as well as the USAID office in Rome/Italy of $5 million for operating expenses.
