Lead the construction team to built the OSBL facilities, erecting of HRSG, Hydrogen Compressors, Cooling Water Towers. Construction of main and auxiliary buildings along the refinery.
Led the construction team to build the waste water treatment system for the steelmaking plant. Construction of underground network of waste water piping.
Managed and oversaw contracts personnel and crew, prepare, write and review project requirements, technical specifications and contractual documents in order to open bidding process, assess, negotiate and providing first level legal and economic review. Responsible for the implementation of the company’s contract intake and management processes. Manage the flow of all contract requests for Project management team.
Lead and Develop detailed cost estimates for privates and publics bidding processes in the areas of Oil and Gas Industry, Power Generation, Mining, Cement, Steel Making Factories, Petrochemical industry and others.
Implemented cost estimation Software. Prepare requisition packages of material and equipment to the client. Prepare of weekly progress reports, prepare cost reports. Training local non skill and skill personnel. Lead constructability workshops. Prepare HSEQ weekly reports.
Support proposal and estimating activities. Assist in preparing man-hour estimates. Develop work plans and schedules. Write and review project requirements. Write equipment purchase specifications and data sheets. Prepare bid tabs for equipment. Provide assistance with jobs scopes of work for contract packages. . Elaboration of Detailed Project Schedule, weekly tracking and progress reports. Coordinate the utilization of interdisciplinary technical personnel on the Project with other Project Engineers.
