• Improved the department’s reporting structure to capture the actual data to be transformed into the information required to submit by management.

• Coordinated with Customer Service from headquarters for tracing requests and determined pre-alerts of imported shipments.
• Entertained inquiries over the phone or by walk-in clients. Explained charges, documentation requirements, transit time, etc.
• Processed documents such as Goods Declaration, Air Waybill, Invoice, Packing List, etc at the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
• Classified AHTN Code of each item for importation and computed its duties and taxes to be paid at the BOC.
• Accomplished the lodgment of entry/ goods declaration as a documentation to be used for clearing of goods at the BOC.
