Responsible for yearly capital management and planning of major capital projects to meet the client's financial and schedule milestones. Resource planning and effective interface management of project teams, client representatives, contract partners, sub-contractors and suppliers to meet the yearly projects program.

Logistics / Equipment Leader, IE43 Facility Expansion (value $330MM)

Responsible for technically expediting all equipment (value $50MM) which had been sourced in Europe, US and China for this project. Problem solving all challenges associated with the interface between a high value design centre in Mumbai, lead designers in US and client system owners who were based in Ireland.
