• In charge in monitoring client’s contract, client’s ewquirements
• In charge in requesting commissions
• Entitle to attend monthly sales event of the project
• Filing of documents (Phihealth, Pag-ibig fund and clients vouchers)
• Recording monthly contribution of employees ( SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig Fund, Salary given to the employee)
• Monitoring the fees collected by the clients
• Follow-up fees from the clients
• Responsible in collating monthly Field Capability Study (FCS) Report
• Monitoring submissions of Financial Statement from distributors
• Monitoring & Filing monthly score cards or dashboard
• Updating / Monitoring DT Red Summary board
• Responsible in collecting & making summary report of PJP/Reach or Sales team inventory
• Making follow-ups for the submission of bank guarantees and contracts of distributors
• Prospecting clients who are able to invest on the property to offer
• Entitle to provide site viewing for the clients who are interested in the property
• Making presentation and computation for clients
• Closing an account
• After sales service
• Making daily collection report
• Entitle to issue receipt & collect fee from the clients
• Making cash flow report
• Entitle to release checks payment to suppliers and commission for agents
