- Answering telephones, scheduling appointment requests, setting up new clients and patients
- Preparation and maintenance of medical records and over the counter sales
- Served as the initial source of information to clients
- Understand basic vaccination requirements, basic lab tests, common diseases, and pet behavior
- In-charge of client maintenance and account receivables for VIP clients
- Basic knowledge of pet travel and relocation
- Assists veterinarians or other staff members accomplish tasks to make the clinic run smoothly
- Responsible of ensuring that assigned admin tasks and reports are done and submitted to a set deadline
- Mans the front desk and main telephone line at the studio
- Handle all incoming inquires via phone and walk in clients
- Scouts potential client for packages offered through social marketing media
- Accounts all incoming and outgoing transactions in the studio
- Assist Partner in scheduling and organizing classes
- Assist Partner in maintaining schedules of faculty members
- Assist Partner in operational functionality of the studio
