• Arranging travels & accommodation
• Sending packages by courier services
• Working more closely with the managers
• Coordinating with clients, suppliers & others
• Follow up all the work & tasks
Secondary tasks:
• Organizing office maintenance & repair work
• Ordering office stationary, equipment supplies, ..etc
• Any other relevant matters

Major Responsibilities and Duties/ Job Description: 1- Part of a team including Engineers working with foreign Suppliers / Customers / Markets (mainly Arab Countries) in the Marketing and Sales of Industrial Electrical Equipment such as Low Voltage Switchgear (Circuit Breakers, Distribution Boards etc ) Controlgear (Magnetic switches, starters etc ) and Factory Automation products (PLCs, Inverters etc )
2- Prepare Quotations / Orders / Invoices and Follow up Suppliers / Customers through various forms of correspondence in general.
3- Prepare regular reports statistical and/or other about Purchases / Sales activity etc
4- Maintain the Marketing Files about Products, Markets, Customers, Suppliers, Competition
5- Support daily activities in the Section / Department Manager.
6- Report to the Section / Department Manager
