» Take lead in managing the day to day operations of the Emirati, Saudi and Kuwaiti interns

» Work with hiring managers to define their recruitment needs and agree on timelines
» Execute the recruitment process up until offer stage
» Conduct pre-screening interviews and personality assessments
» Interview shortlisted candidates F2F or via skype.
» Attend career fairs and represent Chalhoub Group and maintain records of possible future candidates resulting from the Career fair
» Candidates Head Hunting and sourcing, mainly using LinkedIn and other job boards
» Coordinate and follow-up with the hiring managers until the position is closed
» Develop a pool of qualified candidates ahead of need
» Make sure that all candidates go through a satisfactory experience and share feedback with them
