Develop, pilot, and implement a robust data metrics dashboard that
aligns with the key business goals
➢ Work with the wider HR community to develop a set of HR
performance metrics that assist Managers to enact and benchmark
their people management duties
➢ Develop workforce metrics and reporting dashboards/scorecards
tied to business performance and workforce planning strategies
➢ Develop reports to assist managers, HR Team, and Functional
Groups in managing their workforce
➢ Wide performance management process. Support performance
management technology
➢ Support key HR processes (e.g., compensation and performance
reviews) by consolidating data, updating charts, and preparing
reports
➢ Drive cost modeling, including any associated research necessary to
develop model/analysis forecasting for Talent Acquisition
➢ Develop and execute survey solutions and provide analytics,
correlations, and presentations on results
➢ Investigate possible methods of improving and/or increasing the
automation of the reporting process
➢ Support key HR processes (e.g., compensation and performance
reviews) by consolidating data, updating charts, and preparing
reports
➢ Drive cost modeling, including any associated research necessary to
develop model/analysis forecasting for Talent Acquisition\
➢ Coordinate with KSA team, submit monthly reports for attritions
and new joiners.
Process Optimization in operations by analyzing ERP reports to increase utilization and efficiency of the different functions
Ensuring all the KPI’s are aligned with all departments
Coordinating with operations team to schedule and allocate resources accordingly; logistics of the car depends on availability
Manage to set KPI's: Productivity, Budget and Quality and supervise the daily activities of the training and employees in the fulfillment of all operations
Logistics of vehicles to branches and allocating (cars) based on student’s schedule (waiting list for student’s training)
Oversee budgeting and reporting for internal and external audits
Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
Advise with managers to ensure changes are working
Design and implementation of analytics using large data sets
Documenting analytic logic and processes to produce reproducible research and analysis
in operations by analyzing ERP reports to increase utilization
and efficiency of the different functions, and Ensuring all the KPI’s are aligned
with all departments
