• Manage mail and distribute to Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and senior management team.
• Open and track complaints in Rec Find and CRM databases.
• Perform records management duties as directed.
• Prepare for internal and external meetings.
• Arrange travel for Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner
• Manage network drives for records management.
• Enter community engagements into CRM database.
• Close and archive complaint files
• Provide telephone and face-to-face reception support.
• Assist Senior Administration Officer and Corporate Services Team with financial records.
Manage administrative documents, forms, diplomatic letters, and other materials electronically and in paper format. - Manage the Eco-Sec coordinator's calendar and arrange meetings, activities, and workshops. - Order stationery, paper stock, and field production books for the Eco Sec department - Translate routine correspondence from Arabic to English and vice versa, as well as other documents verbally and in writing, including confidential reports. - Attend weekly field meetings, take minutes, and send briefings to the team. - Provide administrative and logistical support to the Relief coordination team and field teams. - Manage the Eco Sec Program Management Tool, Monthly Requisition Orders, and Electronic & Paper Filing systems. - Participate in weekly and monthly statistical reporting and internal updates. - Monitor and compile Micro Economic Initiatives (MEI) Database files.

• Operate the switchboard, receive, execute, and transfer phone calls, and translate documents as required.
• Ensure all information is handled accurately and confidentially.
• Establish requisition orders or internal requests and ensure supplies.
• Update phone list and meeting room schedule in DOC sharing database.
• Receive and distribute mail.
• Control main door and access to the delegation.
• Receive visitors and inform the concerned colleague.
