The projects :
• Congo Hotel: Ongoing project for a 10-story height Hotel in Brazzaville.
Execution drawings, Coordination with different Eng., submittals, BOQ, material selection.
• Dr. D Private Villa Ongoing project: Concept design, Permit file and execution drawings of a 3-level villa of 400 m2 each floor.
• Dr. D. Private Villa: Interior design.
• H.A Private Villa: Concept design and permit File for a 300 m2 villa.
• Managed and coordinated simultaneous projects, where I was required to balance competing priorities with good judgment,
proactively problem‐solve, and meet deadlines.
• Attended owner and project meetings, maintained continuous client contact to gauge performance perceptions and acted as an
intermediary between the client and the architectural team.
• Prepared, revised and coordinated architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Worked on the following projects:
‐ Adlieh Office Building. Worked on the concept and permit of this 9 story building with offices ranging from 75 to 300 m2.
‐ Chouf Beach Resort. Concept phase for 32 villas and bungalows ranging from 25m2 to 60m2 with 1 infinity pool, 1 pool, and
1 kids pool, with restaurants and green area on a 6000 m2 lot.
‐ Chiah complex. Execution drawings, coordination with Mep, client and suppliers. A complex of 3 residential buildings and 1
office building of 16 floors each.
‐ Worked on the concept phase of a residential building in Armenia: Small apartments ranging from 50 to 120 m2 in a 9 story
building.
‐ Worked on the permit file of Badaro10, a 10 story high end residential building located in Badaro.
‐ Villa C.H: a modern villa of 600m2 in the heart of Batroun. Concept, permit and execution drawings.
• Prepared projects briefs and conceptual design, and worked on the overall development and implementation of various types of projects
• Managed and coordinated simultaneous projects, where I was required to balance competing priorities with good judgment, proactively problem-solve, and meet deadlines

- Laklouk Hotel: Concept, permit file and execution drawings
Renovation of the two levels hotel accommodating 13 bedrooms and extending its capacity of the hotel to 35 bedrooms.
- Mansourieh Residences: Concept and permit file.
A residential project of 190 apartments of small surfaces on a sloped plot of 19000 m2. It includes different typologies of accommodations: simplex, duplex from two to three bedrooms.
- Tilal Ain Saade: Concept, permit file and execution drawings.
A residential project of 6 buildings on a plot area of 5100 m2. A total of 48 apartments ranging from 150m2 to 250 m2.
- Roumieh Gas Station: Concept and execution drawings.
Renovation of an existing gas station.
- N.A Residence Cotono: Concept phase.
A family home on a 290m2 plot Area.
- H. Residence Mehaytseh: Concept phase.
3 story building on a 1300 m2 plot area serves as a multifunction building. It accommodates 2 commercial spaces in the first basement and the ground floor and a family vacation house of 300 m2 in the first floor.
• Handled interior work design of private residences, and the remodeling of the existent structure
- R Residence: Interior design for the reception area of a 200m2 apartment in Zouk Mosbeh.
- F.A Residence: Interior design for a 230m2 apartment.
• Participated in all phases of the design process, from producing proposal sketches presented to the client to preliminary design, permit files, execution drawings
• Coordinated with the different engineers and worked on identifying inconsistencies within drawings and ensuring integrated solutions

- St Georges Hills Competition - Awkar
Residential project on an 18 000m2 sloped plot. The concept consists to create a landscaped city with a mix of apartments of different areas ranging between 150 and 300 m2.
- Beni Messous - Algeria Hospital: Competition with the Ministry of national defense, Management center of military infrastructure.
A 90 000 m2 plot in Beni Messous region. I worked within a team of 5 architects, on the concept phase of 4 annexed building of the hospital including: a restaurant, a shopping center, 2 housing buildings for the hospital staff and the military persons.
- Uptown Badaro: 13 story height residential building
Execution drawings and review of shop drawing submittals.
- Notre Dame de Jamhour, Petit College: 3D modeling of the existing building with the new extension.
- USJ-Centre des sciences medicales: Car park building.
Permit file and execution drawings.
- USJ-Centre des sciences medicales: Rehabilitation and renovation of the facades.
Proposal options for the facades and outside layout.
