• Responsible for adequate HR execution for all national staff of MSF-Holland Ethiopia Mission. Integrating the Emergency Mission HR practices in to the activities of the Regular Mission.

Ambassador for Care for Natural, a small local organization in Gambia that works with local produce. I helped them set up a proper administration, channeled products to the European market and help with fundraising activities.

• Main representative of a delegation of three for negotiating Collective Labor Agreements on behalf of the industry.
• Implemented pilot of SAP HR for Syngenta Seeds EAME
• Set up Leadership Development Program for all local Leaders, highly impacting the organization. At present, this is still considered a major organizational breakthrough within the company.
• In charge of 4 sequential restructuring projects, writing the social plans and negotiating these with the unions, setting up the support for the employees concerned.
