Partnership with senior management across functions to enable and facilitate a seamless Human Capital agenda to support long-term strategy in UAE, KSA and Kuwait.
• Retail Operations and Logistics support all the divisions within Al Tayer Retail - including first mile to last mile, call centre, customer experience, loss prevention, stock control, shipping and inventory, leasing and projects.
• SME across all Retail divisions for performance management, Legal, Policy, Medical Insurance and Compliance, supporting 7000 employees.
• Lead employee planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the division, providing key metrics and data to ensure adequate store staffing, while maintaining operating cost parameters
• Overview and participation in the end-to-end employee life cycle, including talent management and identifying key seats, career paths and opportunities.
• Support the move into a digital/Omni culture and working environment through engagement, career planning, recognising talent and rewarding through various financial and non-financial rewards, recognition, flexibility and opportunities.
Partner in the development of the Department Store strategy by providing input from the Human Capital perspective.
• Lead and provide guidance to facilitate the implementation of a people management strategy that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive work environment that engages and delights the team

Provide an efficient, solutions-focused HR service through effective partnership with HR Business Partners and the senior line management. Responsible for coaching and guidance in relation to managing people, positions and work. Identify people related trends and feed insights into the HRBP team.
Responsible for the delivery of complex and specialised HR with SME knowledge of HR issues across more than one area by maintaining complex case management, escalations and activities related to project work.

• Partner with four large operational areas - Flight Operations, Service Delivery, Airport Services and Engineering, a total of 45, 000 employees

• Manage the drug and alcohol policy and implementation in Dubai and down-route to comply with the GCAA requirements.
• Provide an effective employee relations service

Provide a dedicated specialist recruitment service to Flight Operations, Flight Operations Support, Operation Control, Network Control & Logistics, Flight Operations Support and Service Delivery.
In addition:
• Maintain strong partnership with internal customers and senior stakeholders
• Conduct cost effective candidate attraction initiatives
• Provide statistical / analytical information to management
• Responsible for the recruitment and on-boarding process of senior management
Managing senior and specialist recruitment needs for the business recruiting technical, managerial and senior managerial roles across the UK, stakeholders include board level members.

Maintain and grow retail and corporate customer accounts, developing and maintaining sales opportunities, identifying key stakeholders; developing internal and external communication plans, maintaining product and service information.
