- Plans, organizes, and coordinates recruitment activities; meet with HRBP's and Hiring Managers to clarify and finalize position, selection criteria, timelines, etc.
- Design research costs submission requirements for advertisements and places, advertisements in local newspapers, publications, on the Internet, etc. to ensure that applicant pools are large and diverse.
- Respond to applicants' inquiries both orally and in writing.
- Review job applications to verify minimum qualifications for positions are met.
- Serve as a lead worker for other classified requirements i.e., special project for new businesses.
- Maintain and update Group's website utilizing web development software, including development of online forms.
- Ensure that each CV is maintained/updated in the CV databank following the retention period as per agreement with Head-hunters/Generalist agencies.
- Maintain/Monitor workforce plan budget utilization and liaise any changes on the budgets with HRBPs, Finance Managers and Hiring Managers.
- Advise Hiring Manager/HRBPs of the required documents un compliance with every recruitment local and overseas.
- Establish tracking system using tracker analytics
- Maintain a list of approved agencies and their expiration dates and initiate contact for renewal.
• Develop Resume D-base for pipeline candidates.
• Manage the sourcing, recruitment, test administering, and retention of talent
• Partner w/HR Management to plan, organize, execute and participate in recruiting events incl. (a) career fairs and job expositions (b) corporate sponsored events (c) campus activities/events and interviewing
• Build relationships with agencies and universities to advance the recruitment agenda
• Create and maintain company’s website job listings by ensuring their accuracy and timeliness. Also maintain maximized presence on internet job boards such as Bayt.com and Gulf Times
• Increase organizational capacity to attract and select world-class talent at all levels
• Strengthen internal recruitment process through introduction of efficient systems thinking
• Provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests
• Analyze statistical data in support of hiring strategy arguments and analysis
• Establish and manage university relations
• Develop Resume D-Base for pipeline candidates
1. Screens and interviews applicants.
2. Recommends candidates from screened applicants.
3. Inform applicants of the schedule of employment, and required pre-employment requirements.
4. Schedules, conducts and/or evaluates results of pre-employment applications.
5. Ensures availability of an active manpower pool.
6. Prepares appointment contracts and monitors its approval.
7. Prepares ID for newly hired employees.
8. Prepares certificate of employment for contractual employees whose contracts have expired.
9. Prepares required company and government mandated reports pertaining to recruitment, resignations and/or terminations.
10. Attending Job Fairs.
Graduated as 1st Honors.
Qualification: High School Diploma Institute/University: Mater Dei Academy- Cavite, Philippines Graduation Date: March 2008
