 Contributing to the provision and development of the HR service to the organization and in particular the implementation of policies and procedures and ensuring that an effective and efficient service is provided.
 Dealing with redundancies, gross misconduct and leave including annual, sick and maternity leaves.
 Assisting in the short listing of suitable candidates from applications, organizing, and arranging for interviews thereafter.
 Dealing and advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
 Developing & improving existing HR procedures and processes.
 Making sure that any promotions, transfers and pay rises take effect as planned.

 Conduct Exit Interviews with all departing employees and maintain the records.
 Conduct Annual Performance Appraisals of staff reporting to me.
 Processing of Annual Leave Plan and Annual Leave applications for the staff.
 Assist the Payroll Manager in processing the leave entitlements, monthly salaries including over times using the payroll package and uploading the same in connection with the Wages Protection System.
 Updating/Input of leave (annual, sick, emergency, unpaid, maternity) records and other information into the Company payroll system.
 Advice Financial Controller of information for all employees who resign/terminated from the Company, in order to prepare their End of Service Benefits.
 Coordination done pertaining to Relocation of management staff, Repatriation of staff, New/Renewal & Cancellation of Tenancy Contracts for offices and that of management staff, Issuance/Renewal/Cancellations of Labor Card, Residence Visas for all employees in all our UAE offices.
 Overall independent supervision of JAFZA Admin & HR matters completely.
