Search and collecting companies who have possibly can give a joinery project
•Sending emails for appointments to introduce the company and the industry
•Dealing for the clients and studying the scoop of work
•Explain different customizable features.
•Finding some projects involving all kinds of wooden furniture products and looking for other project that can do manufacture
•Preparing quotation based on the details and drawing
•Supervising project to assure that job is based on the drawing and clients instructions
Coordinating to the other main contractor companies had projects on SABIC and ARAMCO.
•Dealing & assisting for the available workers of the company. From laborer, skilled, office staff and engineers, depends to requirements of theclients
•Collection of payments from clients for invoices of manpower services.
•Check Purchase Order and prepare qualified personnel according to clients required.
•Prepare project organization and communication charts
•Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project
Requirements
•Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
•Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information thru
Client and project team
•Ensure that the qualifications of the personnel met the standard of the clients
•Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
•Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database
•Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
Checking and preparing villas
•Reporting and preparing job order for all maintenance job
•Deploying and assign skilled personnel for every complained received from the central and job supervision
•Communicate and negotiate to prince butler of prince personal needed
•Assigning helpers in all palace facilities
•Assisting all waiters & other prince personnel when Prince and delegates are having their meal
Checking and preparing transit
•Loading concrete on the batching plant base on the ordered of the site depend for the type and psi

Sending the workers to their shop
•Checking and list all of the spare parts for replacement
•Purchasing materials and distributing to all branches
Ensure to park as well as retrieve guest vehicles for careful and respectful procedures.
•Present service of guest vehicles inclusive of window cleaning and trash removal etc.
•Support customers promptly as well as courteously in Valet checkout and check-in.

Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service group.
