Budget Management and Reporting
• Management and accountability for Saudi, Pakistan & Gulf/UAE budget process including managing tools and reporting. This includes:
- MRM (Marketing Resource Management) tool Champion. Responsible for input of all marketing spend into MRM. Generating MRM and associated budget reports on a quarterly basis and responsible for ongoing analysis and reconciliation.
- Tracking all marketing funds coming from different sources and organizations (i.e. WWFM, CMO, SP, Channel) and coordinating with the theater marketing ops lead.
- Issuing purchase orders through appropriate tools - iProcurement or manual PO process. Interfacing with marketing suppliers regarding invoices and managing tight deadlines for timely submissions.
- Acting as primary contact with theater finance and Cisco Accounts Payable. Determining marketing accruals on a monthly basis and reconciling open PO list from Cisco finance.
- Managing marketing budgets efficiently inline with corporate policies and procedures and monitoring actual spend against budget forecast.
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining project related folders with reports and records of expenditures relating to quarterly budgets, for information and audit reference.
Event Management and Reporting
- Organise all corporate and local exhibitions, seminars for partners, resellers and customers throughout the Middle East region
- Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager on all major events and conferences
- Manage and track entire marketing budget, ensuring that objectives are met
- Control all incoming and outgoing purchase orders, invoices and payments
- Manage all agency and supplier relationships
- Coordinate with PR agency, updates to Cisco Middle East website
- Organize the content of Cisco’s quarterly customer magazine
- Order, manage and control all technical documentation, marketing
literature and promotional items and fulfil requests where required
