Duties and Responsibilities:
Report to and assist the COO in daily tasks and duties.
Maintaining records; taking notes at meetings.
Does other administrative needs like scheduling appointments, managing calendars, itineraries and other agendas.
Oversee and direct daily operational process and procedures.
Act as a liaison and provide support to Retail Sales Trade, arrange and handle all Operations for Rice local and export business.
Primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the Retail Trade Operations.
Generate and prepare comprehensive management reports such as Forecast Reports, Performance Evaluation, Production Planning, Quality Complaints and other related process reports.
Manage and communicate with the management team production, finance, quality, procurement & logistics supply chain to confirm execution of requirements and company processes.
Assist with the strategy development and implementation in preparing yearly operations budget, plans and proposals.
Providing operational and administrative support to other departments, tasks, project as needed.
Raise purchase request of procurement through SAP Ariba.
Ensure that operational activities implemented as planned. Handle daily operations for Rice Business.
Analyzing and maintaining operational data such production planning, procurement, stock replenishment, shipment, etc.
Analyze departmental processes, recommend improvements by producing action plans for addressing all areas for development.
Handle operational projects for Humanitarian Division such as International Committee of the Red Cross, Red Crescent, UAE Charities in importing and exporting food and non-food parcels across GCC and African countries.
Handle full Operations for Carrefour local and export, Emirates Flight Catering, Armed Forces, Abu Dhabi Coop & other Coops and other Key Accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities: Report directly to the General Manager. Managing the day-to-day sales operations of the showroom. Process sales orders, handle all clients related issues such as payment, follow-ups, deliveries. Prepare and follow-up sales quotation made for clients, prepare Export Documents, Tenders, Vendor Registration Forms, and Invoices, and manage correspondences. Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost, and time restraints. Make production request, raise Purchase Orders directly to Supplier. Update pending online reports and deliveries.
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible in checking the inquiries received from clients. Prepare accurate and timely issue of quotations in accordance with their requests. Process Sales Orders, DN, Invoices. Prepare delivery plan, follow-up pending deliveries. Directly coordinate with Accounts, Credit Control, Production, Stores, QC, and other related departments. Prepare business correspondence, and make sure all requirements are met which include payments disputes, and other issues. Focus on Sales Targets, assist, and support salesmen and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports by team.
Duties and Responsibilities: Managed and motivates around 40-60 agents under different projects. Evaluates Team and Individual Performance, provide appropriate coaching training to improve performance and work attitude. Do real-time monitoring and calibration. Sets goals and targets, train people to become future leaders. Organize, delegates tasks accordingly.
Analyze departmental processes, recommend improvements by producing action plans for addressing all areas for development. Overseeing hiring and onboarding processes. Handles Foreign Clients Visits and meeting preparation.
Duties and Responsibilities: Handles escalation calls and resolving customer's escalated issues. Handles all kinds of complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternative with time limits. Take extra mile in assisting customers and co agents. Assisting Team Manager in preparing related reports, send updates to the teams. Mentor and assist in coaching and training co members and newcomer on best practices. Always follow communication and guidelines.
