Duties and Responsibilities:
FOR OPERATIONS

Controls the Operations of all indoor campaigns and schedules of Operations Team for the installation and removal of campaigns.

Responsible for the procurement, logistics, importation and
exportation, deployment and production of all advertising
materials. Handles the documentation for Customs,
Dubai Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Economic
Department.

FOR ADMINISTRATIVE

Responsible for the Preparation and manage the Human
Resources requirement including Company licensing and
employment Visa. Serve as the PRO of the company.
Compiles reports and correspondence containing Company
Policies, Client Presentation and suppliers as well as Contract
Agreements (Clients/Suppliers/Landlords).
Monitor company funds, petty cash, replenishment report
prepares payment and follow up client expenditure.
Organize meetings and travel arrangements, minute meetings,
create presentations and provide comprehensive and
administrative support.
Responsible for sending Correspondents/Press Releases of all
adverting campaign.
