DUTY AND RESPOSIBILITIES
• Preparing measurement sheets for the Monthly Payment Application
• Preparing variations and adjustments to the contract value.
• Quantity take offs based on Shop Drawings.
• Preparing Subcontractor and Supplier’s Payment Certificate.
• Preparing variations for the Sub Contractors
• Responsible for tracking all the Contracts and Commercial records
• Preparing Take Off for Procurement
• Reporting to Sr. Commercial Manager
