SALES EXECUTIVE
In charge in handling the shop requirements like Generator Set, Spare Parts, Filters and Display arrangement.
Performed store opening duties, including counting cash drawers and checking all equipment for proper
functioning.
Support in organization and implementation of office procedures.
Attend all customers’ inquiry thru emails and prepare necessary quotations as per there RFQ.
Assist walk in customers or online customers (skype/whats app) for their Generators and Spare Parts
requirements to determine their load or replacement parts required, according to inspections of old
parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.
Receive and fill telephone orders for Spare Parts and Generators. Fill customer orders from stock and place
orders when requested items are out of stock.
Ensure that the customers will get the exact parts required using the COMPASS system (FG Wilson system for
identifying spare parts) as per their Engine Serial Number.
Prepare Quotations for all inquiries like Generators, Spare Parts, Deep Sea and other items which can bought
or can be supply from local market like Yanmar/Kubota/Caterpillar Parts.
Prepare Invoices & Delivery Notes for all confirmed orders.
Prepare Purchase Order for spare parts and panels to be ordered for stocks.
Ensure and monitor all spare parts & generators deliveries to be delivered on time.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report for all Purchase Orders of Spare Parts & Generators.
Generated sales and inventory reports in Excel with data from a variety of sources, maintaining a 100%
accuracy rate.
In charge on checking the freight charges for every parts shipment like DHL or Cargo company.
Communicating with regular/new customers if they have any concerns on the product they purchased.
Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
In charge on asking a quotation from other suppliers that is out of our products.
Directly communicating with factory for any parts issue need for warranty or replacement.
PARTS COORDINATOR
Assist our local & international branches for all their Parts inquiries for FGWilson/ Perkins/Kubota/Yanmar Engines and also Controllers like Power Wizard and Deep Sea Panels.
Check cost and provide spare parts prices to all Branches.
Able to identify spare parts as per Engine reference and pictures bought by customers. Working knowledge of assisting customers in selecting required parts and providing relevant advice.
Monitor stocks level of Spare Parts & Generators and report direct to the owner for issue of stocking & pricing.
Study parts movements and identify the fast moving items that’s need to be ready all time in stock.
Work hand in hand with Warehouse personnel to find and complete unknown item numbers to enter in to inventory list to maintain consistent inventory of spare parts and products.
Prepare parts orders for stocks and as per customer order.
Check parts cross reference from Perkins to FGWilson and vice versa.
Checking, processing and bidding of on-line bids per client like Fluor/KBR/DYNCORP for our outside branches.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the owner and extending the same to the team ensuring smooth-running of the business day to day operation.
*Prepare costing of all inventories generators and parts purchased from abroad/local.
*Handle parts inventory annualization report to ensure that BIR requirements are complied with.
*Prepare and monitor monthly inventory report for Generator sets & Generator Parts.
*Prepare Purchased Order for all parts to be purchased.
*Monitoring of shipments from the date of dispatch until receive to our end.
*Computing and checking the duties and taxes to be paid for releasing of goods.
*Monitor Personal Advances of Teammates.
*Prepare daily and monthly gasoline allowance of Teammates.
*Prepare monthly and quarterly remittances.
*Prepare monthly accruals.
