PMCM for all Qatar Duty Free Shops’ Retail and Food and Beverage Concession
Designated as HIA-QDF PMCM for all architectural scope of Qatar Duty Free Concessionaire’s Stores, Shops and Food and Beverage Restaurants.
Directly Coordinates with QDF and liaise with Brand Suppliers/QDF Buyers for a feasibility assessment of any Proposed Shop or Restaurant for renovation prior to project conceptualization.
In-charge of coordinating the design team effort to complete a project promptly and successfully and is an integral part of the building process from beginning to end. Reviews and authorizes created designs to meet client specifications, assists in design solutions, review time estimations, and act as an intermediary between the client and the site delivery team. Ensures that the team is working effectively and within schedule
Reviews architectural designs to ensure compliance with QDF and HIA requirements.
Prepares concept drawings and renderings using AutoCAD and 3D Max for QDF.
Provides architectural advice on site for the site team and ensure the architectural designs are executed as designed.
Follows up with Site Engineers to ensure that all facilities are built as set on the latest/updated architectural shop drawings.
Assists as required for redesigns of facilities in case the client requested any amendments in the design.
Approval of layout of projects and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
Administers preparation of drawings and conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
Solves any problem or issue that might arise on the site through the execution of the project relevant to the design of the buildings and projects.
Supports the project team all the way to completion and even after to provide technical advice to resolve problems related to design.
Ensures all local regulations are met including Qatar Civil Defence Department (QCDD).
Ensures the permits to work are in place and available on site. Performs all other duties as may be directed by the Project Manager from time to time.
Review of Handover submitted documentation. Prepares project documentation, writing minutes of meetings and preparing reports.

Designated by the HIA-FM Management to handle all minor projects and current major expansion projects for Qatar Aircraft Catering Facility.
Directly coordinates with the SVP/Client to prepare all concept designs for the major expansion of the existing QACC Facility. Represents the Client/SVP in coordinating with the Design Consultants for the Major Projects.
Prepares all minor projects’ documentation from Scope of Work, Method Statement, BOQ listing, drawings, for Tender Documentation and approval of Procurement. Manages the Projects until the final handover
As Built Team Audit Verification, October 2013 - October 2015
Project: Hamad International Airport, Site Wide Scope
Team’s Lead Engineer for the As Built Audit for the project wide scope. Responsible for leading team of engineers by various disciplines on accommodating the respective site inspection for cross verification with the submitted final As-Built drawing.
Representing Client's, and handling the weekly report and delivering presentation constantly to top management.
Attends Defects Committee Weekly Meeting along with all the Facilities Management Managers.
Submit Planning and Scheduling for the As-Built Team to the management on weekly basis.
Responsible for every semi-annual look ahead of the team’s site wide schedule.
Conducts training and technical orientation for the Facilities Maintenance Management Contractors of various Facilities in preparation of their contractual obligations for the As-Built Drawings update and revisions.
Coordinates with all Facilities Maintenance Managers of all facilities of Hamad International Airport
