A holding company with 4 subsidiaries namely; Itqan Technologies, PCOne Technology Hub, Infocenter Training & Consulting and Global Professional.
serves as the first point of contact both outside and inside the organization like the company’s Chiefs (COO-CFO-CAO-CLO) & the General Managers for its subsidiaries.
Manage appointments and meetings, prepares Minutes of Meeting and most of all ensuring that CEO is well-prepared for the meeting.
Provides consulting, administrative and organizational support to the CEO along with some office management duties.
Managing the calendar of the Managing Director, arrange appointments, travels and hotel bookings. Taking Minutes of the Meeting; Follow through all actions to be done from the Board Meetings in a timely manner. handles HR Department when needed. Sales Coordinator, Purchasing Coordinator.
Managing the whole organization, Taking Minutes of the BOD meeting, Event Coordinator, maintenance of database of members, Liaise with the Global office. serve as the contact with all members and Global staff. Collection of membership fees and others.
Managing the Calendar of the General Manager and the Managing Director. Taking Minutes, setting appointments and travel arrangement. Making Newsletter, NEBOSH Coordinator, Sales Coordinator and Training Coordinator
