Responsible for giving favors for travel agencies corporate accounts these includes (seats assignments, revalidation of their ticktes, name correction, Buy Y, Free selling of segments, , priority waitlist, and G space conversion)
Providing waivers for travel agencies corporate accounts like (penalty waiver, minimum and maximum stay waiver, advance purchase waivers, name change waivers, and ticket time limit waivers
Responsible for escalation for refund claims
Handles customer complaints and provide necessary action for both benefits of the travelers and the United Airlines
Knowledge of GDS system like Apollo and Sabre
