*Support the HR Manager in Implement & design a pay and benefits strategy
*Advice on competitiveness of pay
*Design effective procedures for managing & updating payroll processing.
*Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring timely processing of salaries with adherence to compliances.
*Manage final entitlement calculation and needed related clearance issues.
*Review and incorporate changes as per insurance coverage, deductions, exemptions, internal movements.
*Prepare reports with summary of earnings, deductions, leave, and non-taxable income.
*Maintaining Insurance Claims, Telecom Invoices & Staff Receivables.
*Abreast of the Labor Law and all updates
*Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
*Coordinate with bank for bank formalities.
*Manage special situations like maternity, sickness, vacation and other long leaves.
*Handle statutory Compliance, Social security.
*Ensure proper Profiling & updating personnel files.
*Manage database and different trackers used in HR operations.
*Coordinate with accounts team for all financial facts.
*Responsible for responding to Internal & external auditors inquiries of Policies, procedures, documentation and systems
*Contribute to the improvement and development of system and manage all updates (Oracle)
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
*Following up the process of opening new files for new projects in MOSAL.
*Following up the process of Residencies Transfers of employees.
*Doing interviews for potential candidates and assign the appropriate candidate for the appropriate post.
*Counseling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally.
*Knowing the rules of Kuwait Labor Law.
• Handling all the registration processes for public and corporate participants.
• Contacting the speakers and arranging their arrivals and accommodations in Kuwait.
• Arranging the distribution of all invitation cards and brochures through Courier companies.
• Arranging the reception at the hotel and supervise the welcoming and reception team.
• Arrange the booking of the hotel’s ballroom and the coffee breaks and Lunch.
• Making participants IDs.
