-Provides compliant immigration advise to clients and coordinates the visa process for the firm’s client base.
Communicate effectively with client HR for renewal authorization approval. Coordinate with co-counsel and assignee
for renewal immigration application process, for filling documents and application and ensure communications are
technically accurate and written communications follow the standard layouts and templates.- Manage Light touch models (PRO countries - Bahrain/Oman/Jordan/Kuwait/Saudi Arabia) such as introducing
assignee to the PRO with case instructions and follow up with request for documents, accurately upload and tracked
client’s record accordingly. Send request to Fast team to initiate new & renewal case ID. Send expiry reminder to
assignee and PRO with case instructions. Update completed and billed casework and creates bill items for approval.
-Supervise the Middle East drop-box and delegate casework and consultation queries to the respective consultant or
manager.
-Coordinates Sr. Consultant and Documents team for documents legalization for Saudi Arabia immigration matters.
- Assist direct line manager on initial work permit, renewals and de-registrations applications for Egypt. Send follow up
email to co-counsel on initial work permit for the immigration actual application status.
-Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts, and communicate them in a timely manner
to provide and obtain information meeting SLA requirements.
-Co-ordinate all steps required to update the online case management system such as create client case record, accurately
upload and tracked client’s immigration process and record accordingly data in to Connect Support.
-Assist the direct line manager and senior consultant on all in-progress and active caseworks, by providing internal up to
date weekly case reports.
-Update company’s case management system and maintain clients files as per agreed protocols and SLA’s.
-Review expiry date reports and take the appropriate action as required and monitor team’s billing report to meet the
company’s monthly billing target.
-Provide support to the company’s Global Resource Library online database such as uploading up-to-date immigration
information for MENA countries.
