I was hired to become a Project Coordinator for a Fit-out project, and soon became a Contract Engineer/ Quantity Surveyor. My responsibilities are preparing the Tender, with the Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Form of Tender, and coordination with Client and participating Contractors, including the preparation of Contract Documents and Agreement once a project is awarded to the winning bidder. In my span of experience, I have completed my task during Tender Stage for various projects like Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Industrial Projects.
