• Manage and coordinate a team of software developers and technical support.
• Gather & document the project requirements definitions according to the business needs, plan and schedule project commitments.

• Perform software development, necessary to design and develop suitable applications in VB.Net/C#.Net or finding workarounds in the current ERP/HRMS (WMS, IMS, Oracle Fusion Finance, Oracle Fusion HCM & Oracle Taleo) and 3rd line support as and when required.
• Retail operations support for more than 60+ stores across 5 countries in GCC
• Evaluate business application processes of Retail, Supply Chain, Warehouse operations & Finance.
• Create and configure database for store POS / company back office, replication setup, scheduler maintenance, creation and modifications of reports/forms in MS Navision.
• Navision scheduled job activities maintenance and monitor, maintenance and troubleshooting Customer card/Item card/Store card, Promotion schemes, etc
• Identifying the root cause of the issues, discrepancies and applying solutions or work-arounds in MS Navision and Infor BAAN.
• Installation and configuration of SQL instances (MS SQL Server 2000/2008/2012) for the application requirements.
• Maintenance and monitoring the SQL server integration jobs between various ERP modules.
• Design database complex queries in T-SQL and create reports according to the ad hoc business requirements.

• Assist in resolving the issues/cases escalated by the level 1 support.
• Provides advice to end users, assists in resolving standard operational issues and supports in resolving complex issues.
• Windows server maintenance includes Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Server Resource Manager, Share and Storage Management, Group Policy Management.
