➢ Performing Sales and Marketing for Geotextile, Geomembrane, Geocomposites, Geogrid and various Geosynthetics products as well as DemTech Machines - Geomembrane wedge welding machine and accessories
➢ Preserving important and confidential agreements between the company, suppliers and customers
➢ Maintaining contacts and customer databases
➢ Performing email marketing and managing techniques, responding to incoming emails such as inquiries
➢ Taking incoming calls & responding to inquiries contacts and potential clients and following up on them. Performing cold calls, generating new prospects and leads and following up on them
➢ Managing and attending to trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences representing the company and promoting products, building strong relationship with contacts and prospect customers
➢ Preparing marketing collaterals such as brochures, catalogs, samples, website content and online advertisements
➢ Communicating with local and international suppliers from Quotation request to Purchase Order, Order Confirmation and reviewing Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Technical Data Sheets, Compliance Certificates and other relevant and required shipping documents.
➢ Communicating with local and international customers by preparing Quotation, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Technical Data Sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets and other relevant and required shipping documents
➢ Preparing LC / reviewing LC Application and making sure all shipping documents requirements are reflecting on the LC
➢ Coordinating with the Freight Forwarders regarding Cargo Customs Clearance and Sea/Air freight for Import and Export transactions
