Sentinel Technologies is an independent Information Technology company and provide Integrated, customized IT solutions to business client. As a Sr. UC Engineer I am responsible for implementation and deployments UC projects & technical support, working within managed and professional service team, troubleshooting network telecommunication infrastructure (Security/Voice/Route/Switch/WAN Integration/Data Center) to analyze, design, specifically cisco UC, primarily focused on Unified Communications Suites (Call Manager, Unity Connection, Presence, Contact Center, complex Internetworking solutions, IP Telephony Communications Infrastructure), UCS (Cisco Unified Computing Systems) WMware Virtualization Solutions, CAD, CSD, CTIOS, Cisco ASA, PIX, MDS9509 SAN, Cisco anyconnect VPN, VPN client etc.
The environment included a wide range of wire line, LAN/WAN technologies (LAN extension, Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM, T1, T3, OC3 etc), UCS Server, VMware Virtualization, MPLS, VOIP solution, CUCM/CUCMBE v8.x, CUCME, UCCX/IPCC, CTI Manager, Cisco Unity Connection v8.5, Cisco Unity Express v 8.x, CER, CUPS v8.x, Tele Presence, MGCP, H323, SIP, ACD Profiles, Cisco Agent Desktop, Cisco Supervisor Desktop and Qos, .
