Lead the company’s business development strategy in design and supply of waste treatment infrastructures. Management in the preparation of tenders, contracts and implementation of waste treatment plant projects. Lead project manager in conducting feasibility studies for water and wastewater infrastructures with government agencies and local government units, including engineering and technical design, financial analysis, environmental impact assessments, capacity building measures and community consultations.
Consultant, trainer and auditor for environmental, health, safety and quality management systems.
Achievements: Lead consultant of the Philippines Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) in implementation of corporate environmental and quality management systems (EMS) based on international standard ISO standards. Conducted feasibility studies for the sewerage and centralized wastewater treatment infrastructures to save Lake Buhi in Bicol Region, Calapan River in Oriental Mindoro and Panglao Island in Bohol, Philippines. Currently the consultant for Solid Waste Master Plan for Marawi City Rehabilitation, Recovery and Reconstruction.
Awarded a 1.7 million liter WWTP design and build project to lift closure order of pollutive premises in Isabela, Philippines. Written the Melbourne City Contaminated soil management. Helped local councils overseas in complying with water and waste management.

Job Description: Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), review and provide directions on Works Approvals and licenses applications to allow construction and operation of scheduled premises.
Work Details:
•Assessment of proposed works on waste infrastructures, waste treatment facilities and other scheduled industrial activities and premises
•Preparation of Hazardous Waste classification guidelines and assessment of contaminated soils such acid sulfate soil, PAH-Bap and metal-contaminated soils.
•Assessment of statutory applications against compliance of State Environment Protection Policies, Waste Management Policies Industrial Waste Resource Regulations.
•Conduct of community and public consultation and conference on proposed projects
•Assessment of construction environmental management plan, emergency preparedness and response plan and hazards operability plan (Hazop) on projects
•Assessment of noise and air quality monitoring and air dispersion modeling (Ausplume & Aermod)
•Inspection of sites before, during and after construction to monitor compliance.
