Recruiting staff, which involved developing job descriptions and person specifications, reviewing
application forms, shortlist, interviewing and select candidates
Constant reviews of recruitment methods & channels, to ensure best value / highest quality
candidates
Delegated to implement successfully and administer the Company's Biometric Attendance System and GPS Company Vehicle Tracking System, to ensure all staff attendance, productivity, tardiness and absenteeism recorded in an accountable and transparent manner.
Participated in pay and remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
Maintained employee records, attendance in close liaison with payroll department
Interpreting and advising on UAE employment law and updates
Dealing with grievances and recommending relevant solutions / actions
Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
Facilitate training needs in conjunction with departmental managers

Liaised with HO in Germany to facilitate and submit on a monthly basis all UAE staff payroll mandatory details
