- Responsible for strategizing feasibility and delivering some of the most challenging Hotel, Serviced Apartments, Residential and mixed use developments that will be signature projects within Dubai.
- Managing multiple Projects at different stages (currently handling four ongoing Projects).
- Providing inspirational leadership to the Design team to produce innovative and state of the art Concept Designs.
- Playing a pivotal role in managing local authorities (DM, DCCA, DTCM etc) and obtaining special exceptions.
- Controlling Project quality and exploring innovative enhancements.
- Maintaining strong relationships with Consultants and providing design direction to deliver Designs to challenging budgets & deadlines.
- Building partnerships with DAMAC Stake-Holders that include Hospitality, Food Division, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, Procurement etc.
- Administering the DAMAC in-house online Project Management system called Connect and being a source of guidance to fellow peers.
- Maintaining relationships with Hotel operators (Paramount) and achieving common design goals for the interior finishes & layouts and overall Architectural vision of the project.
Meraas Holding are a part of the Dubai Government committed to make a mark on the fabric of Dubai’s Urban
growth.
- Lead the largest master planning Project at Meraas called La-Mer, a major development at the Dubai Jumeirah Open Beach that includes two Island peninsulas of residential units and hospitality sector.
- Responsible for preparing Design briefs for international Hotel
- Associate with AEDAS Dubai, heading Design teams on various Projects that included the Etihad Rail, Residential and mixed use developments.
- Previous to this lead a Contract Administration team on site for the Cleveland Clinic, a 7 star Hospital project in Abu Dhabi handling trade packages estimated at USD 300m and a total Project budget of USD 1.3b
- Design team leader on the Heart of Doha Project and was based in the London office of Adjaye Associates to oversee the completion of Scheme Design.
- Lead a design team of 15 Architects on the design and Construction documentation of developments at the Masdar City Abu Dhabi.
- Designed and delivered a number of British Council projects that included the British Council Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. As project Architect worked in close coordination with the British Council Client and specialist UK based Consultants, devising design briefs and project phasing logistics.
Godwin Austen Johnson (“GAJ”) is one of the largest and longest-established UK architectural and design practices, headquartered in the UAE.
Hopkins Architects founded by Sir Michael Hopkins in 1976 have helped pioneer British architecture. The Practice is primarily based in London, having completed projects throughout the world.
- Joined Godwin Austen Johnson in mid 2004 as an Architect and was soon assigned to work on a joint venture Project with Hopkins Architects for a 200, 000m2, USD 140m, mixed use development for the Dubai International Financial Centre called the Gate Village.
- Responsible for competition of Scheme Design and final Construction documentation of the Project.
- Managed the design and detailing of the penthouses, which included coordination with Structural, MEP Engineering and globally based specialist lighting & Landscape Consultants.
- Preparing CAD standards for the Project to ensure coherent and standard completion of the Design Documentation.
- Responsible for Site works issuing Engineer’s instructions, rebuttal of Contractor’s claims, reviewing Contractor’s shop drawings, answering RFIs and overseeing quality of Construction.
Achievements:
- The Gate Village - DIFC Project is regarded as one of the landmarks of modern Dubai. Similar model has been repeated in other developments since.

- Joined RMJM at the beginning of the construction boom in Dubai and had the good fortune of working on varied high rise mixed use developments and competitions.
- Responsible for the concept design and detail design of a large convention centre for the Government of Hyderabad, India.
- Completed detailed design of the Polo Club at the Arabian Ranches development in Dubai UAE.

SAA is recognized as one of the leading architectural firms in Southeast Asia.
- Prior to relocating to Dubai joined SAA Partnership Pte. Ltd. Singapore as an Architect on the Delhi metro,
Contract MC1A project with Maunsell Engineering.
- Responsibilities included preparing Architectural design reports and construction documentation of all above
ground structures of the four underground metro stations. During the ten month of this fast track project gained
extensive experience in the use of quality assurance and CADD systems.
Achievements:
- Delhi Metro has become one of the widely acclaimed infrastructure projects in India.

Bruno is a practicing Architect, Academician and a former UN Architect.
- As a fresh graduate, started as an apprentice in the office of Architect Bruno Dias Souza, Goa, India as an
apprentice and soon established as a full time Architect.
- Worked on urban development schemes, private residences, clubhouses and interior fit outs, formulating strong
design ideas and gaining first hand site experience.
