I have cared for the elderly, looking at their careplan and following the basic needs, personal care and nutritional needs for their development and growth. Activities that help them to keep fit like Reading Poetry in a group, Painting, making chocolates, cakes and well-being like doing their nails and hair salon care - a proper haircut and wash and blow-dry. Their meal plans are taken care of like pureed, soft or normal diets, they can be diabetic and have thickner or normal fluids. Meals are prepared as per their choice and needs, they are asked daily what they like. Fluids are given to them for proper bowel movements and to keep they from getting dehydrated. Supervised a team of new carers into the normal working of the floor. Introduction of safeguarding and Infection control very important for care.
Caring for a person means meeting their basic needs on a 12 hour shift and delivering their care as per their care plan exclusively. It gives them happiness and joy to continue to live in the world and make them satisfied. It helps them feel loved and a feeling of belonging in their world. Most of all this care makes them smile, taking away the pains.
End of life care helps an individual to be cared fully and as they turn to the light at the end of that journey, we help them along into its smooth transition to another world. People with cancer, COPD, Diabetes have a very pained journey in their lives. Professionals and Hospice care is recommended, SALT team helps them as well.
I am presently in care as I trained further to Level 5 Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) in order to achieve this and to continue working in my life. I have other skills like Leadership & Management, Secretarial, Childcare Level 2 EYE and 3 EYE Childcare Practitioner.
Child Care for a toddler 4 and half months old, morning routine care and school run to the Nursery, breakfast and assisting him to dress (socks/shoes/uniform/shirt buttons and jumper), encouraging him to be independent and helping him to be positive by thinking and doing things accurately, helping him to read his library book with proper actions and page turning as well as phonetics, number and counting skills, language and expressions, vocabulary, using technology(tablets, mobiles, music system, computer/laptop).
Day to day care 0630 AM to 0815 AM - 5 month old infant assisted on a one-to-one basis, now he is 7 years old in Keystage 2 school.
Childcare with morning care and routine after hand-over from Mother(registered Nurse) and child to wake up state and then to routine care, dress for school and depart from home to school. Collect from second carer at 18:00 hours to 22:30 hours and evening routine, homework, dinner, bath and time to watch a television program, sleep time and hand-over to mother on return from work.
Supported sometimes now and then as he has grown up and knows how to conduct himself and learn things too.
I share with him positive constructive criticism to communicate and show him how good he is in everything he does and when he needs some advice on things I share this side of life with him too so he learns and grows well.
Dedicated to my passion for animals, dog walking is for all my small and medium dogs. Professionally equipped with a Level 3 in Care (nursing) and my experience with my own two dogs the pappion and pomeranian I started caring for other animals including hamsters and birds.

My studies included subjects Orientation High School, Human Relations, Reading Skills, Basic english, General Maths 1, Fitness and Nutrition, American History, Practical English, Consumer Math, Earth Science, Civics, Written communication, Biology, General Math 2, world HIstory, Physical Science, Literature, Personal Computer specialist, Medical office Assistant, Child Day Care Management, Teacher Aide, Psychology. I have achieved my diploma with 3.1 GPA and am glad with my study course. This has taught me to help others in their endeavours and achieve the same like myself. To see othrs come up and feel happy to contribute to their success. During my study, I had text books for each of the subjects and still have them on my education shelf. It helps many candidates in writing their notes when and where needed. Hard work pays in our lives and doing things the correct way helps a person succeed in the future.
We had subjects in Language: English, Hindi, Marathi and French(Basic, Intermediate, Advanced). My native language is English and spoken at home. Hindi and Marathi are learned languages and French is learned as well. The book we used for French was Dondo's. Maths: Algebra covered basic opertives(Add, Substract, Multiply, division). We had fractions, Integers, whole numbers, graphs, Equations. Geometry covered shapes and differences, areas and calculations, Algorigythms, pythogrus theory., Parallels with angles and the properties like complementary, supplementary, right angles, acute, obtuse. Social Science: History covered different battle like Panipat, Shivaji period and Moghul period-Aurangazeb, British Era and after Independence 1947, Satyagraha movement, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru reign. Geography covered the earth and the theory of division into different places of the world and the plains, plateaus, geographical conditions or Topography. Sciences: Physics - Quantum physics and laws of motion, Chemistry- elements/properties and Biology- plants and animals like amoeba and our body with their functions. Physical Education: Exercises that help the muscles, bones, joints and Cardio-respiratory system to be built up to be fit. Games likes badminton, volley ball, cricket, Tennis and relay, hurdles, balancing Lemon and Spoon, cycling fast and slow. Vocational subject: Cooking skills like making dough and chappatis/rotis/luchis, different salads and dressings, Samosas-Punjabi or kheema(beef) or vegetable (Patato and Peas-medium hot(3 to 4 chillies green&red). Art work: different mediums of paint water based/oil based, magic paintings, frames, gift wrap with water and oils, smudges(paper squashed). Silhouette art Portraits. Craft work: Embroidery stitches, button holes, cross stitch, knitting-booties, sweaters,hairband, Petticoat patterned and cut/sewn(machine work), Sun dress designed/sewn together(Machine work). I have enjoyed my studies and school life, it taugh me to survive and live a happy life.
