Involved in all aspects of designing and developing Learning Solutions for the Airport Services division
of Emirates Airlines.
* Conduct trainings for system and international travel regulations for Specific areas of the airport
services like check-in, boarding, baggage and transfer desk areas.
* Quality review current Service, Regulatory and Operations courses within L&D department.
* Project Managing Workplace Coach Development program at all network stations of Emirates to
develop and coach stations SPOCs for learning and development activities.
* Working as an L&D consultant for a business partnership project creating a training and career
progression path for over 3000 frontline airport staff.

nation.

* Facilitated training sessions for corporate clients. Training programs conducted were: Decision Making,
Creativity at work, Train the Trainer, Coaching and Mentoring, Cross Culture, Team working, Achieving Life Balance, Time Management, Manufacturing and online Quality and costs (Under an SME from Manufacturing industry) and Basic language and Accent Neutralization training programs, customer services and business communication.

*Coordinated and assigned training programs and other training related responsibilities to a team of 20
full time trainers and consultant trainers.

*Contributed to content development for various programs as per business requirements.

*Part of a 10 month long project with CavinKare India pvt Ltd on reducing wastage in the packaging and
filling unit of their shampoo manufacturing unit in Haridwar. This involved training employees on lean
six sigma concepts, monitoring shop floor performance and performing audits.

Handled a team of 5 trainers for all internal OD training requirements.
* Coordinated in creating training calendars and allocating training programs on the basis of client
requirements and trainer availability.
* Coordinated with external training vendors as and when required.
* Contributed in training and content development of programs designed for internal employee trainings
