Applying port pass for employees for Off Shore Projects.
Arrange Offshore and Onshore Medical for field personnel going on projects.
Prepare Business Trip Certificates for personnel travelling to Azerbaijan.
Prepare Journey Management Program for personnel’s travelling outside Dubai
Manage other regular office works.
Role Description:
See to the smooth functioning of the Administration Department
Plans and directs activities for staff members concerned with such functions as direct walk-in handling, tele calling, counseling, presentations, fees outstanding, conducting screening interviews, appointments etc.
Training the counselors and updating time to time on the courses offered to get right the set targets for admissions.
Co-ordinating with the trainers or smooth functioning of the classes towards Communicational Skills, Soft Skills and Professional Skills for the students.
Recruit trainers for the set modules.
Arranging parents meet and other curricular activities for the benefit of the children.
Provide training for the tele callers and councellors.
Organizing Workshops, seminars in schools and colleges.
Attending meeting in various organizations and institutes.
Co-ordinating with the university
Co-ordinating with the students and parents. Etc.
Data collection activity plan with the marketing team.
Provide placement assistant for our students in service sector.
Employee grievance handling and discipline
Ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Attending Annual Admission meet held in Blore.
Assisting in organizing college events like placements/ job fairs and fests.
Planning and scheduling Group Discussions and Personal Interview towards MBA admissions.
Booking of the centers for the presentations and GDPI.
Giving Presentations and Seminars.
Attending University training every year.
Provide training for the counselors and tele callers.
Taking Special Classes for students in English and Personality Development.
