• Putting on a range of Events & to liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements.
• Produce detailed proposals for Events (Eg : timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing,
Budgeting )& manage & coordinate suppliers for all event logistics (Eg : venue, catering, travel ) .
• Research Venues , Suppliers & Contractors and then negotiate prices & hire.
• Liaise with sales & marketing teams to publicize & promote the event .
• Manage all pre-event planning eg organizing guest speakers & delegate packs .
• Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries & troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly & to budget .
• Manage a team of staff, giving full briefing , organize facilities for car parking, traffic control, Security, first aid, hospitality & media.
• Make sure that insurance, legal, health & safety obligations are followed if required .
• Oversee the dismantling & removal of the event & clear the venue efficiently.
• Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events, research opportunities for new clients ..
Also currently teaching Syrian Children at Hamad Bin Khalifa University(QF)& Year 4 students at the Saturday Catechism School as a social work.Event Co-ordinator for Qatar Concert Choir organizing events at Embassies, Schools, Katara & 5 star Hotels.
•Participated in the provision of public services by assisting patrons with the use of library resources
and services, circulating books from the collection, maintaining an environment appropriate for study, troubleshooting equipment problems, answering basic requests for information and referring other
inquiries as appropriate. Contributed to the processing and maintenance of the library collection and
its cataloged through a variety of activities: for example, database searching, labeling, and shelving.

• Acts as a first point of contact for patron inquiries, either face-to-face or through a variety of other

•Print & apply spine labels, RFID tags & property stamps to non-shelf ready materials as per company guidelines.
Collect & refer to the lesson plan left by lead teacher & ensure the appropriate measures are taken to follow it.
Read and understand the curriculum and lesson plans prior to heading class .
