- Directly support the CEO in daily operations, strategic planning, and business development within a globally recognized beauty brand
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics including flights, hotels, and high-end restaurant bookings
- Lead end-to-end research, sourcing, and execution of business-critical projects, including:
- Salon renovations, fit-out and de-fit coordination
- Vendor sourcing (videographers, marketing agencies, contractors, suppliers) Office relocations and operational setup
- Obtaining, comparing, and negotiating quotations, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee company administration and compliance, including: Employee visa applications and onboarding documentation
- Trade license renewals, establishment card renewals, and official UAE documentation
- Liaising with government authorities and external service providers
- Support HR processes and recruitment, including drafting job postings, coordinating interviews, and organizing trial days
- Play a key role in the development and execution of digital products, including an online Masterclass and accompanying educational materials (e.g. workbook/ebook)
- Maintain financial oversight of operational expenses, including tracking recurring payments and supporting budget organization
- Coordinate Masterclass operations (sales, onboarding, logistics, complete planning and execution) and ensure a seamless student journey
- Act as the central point of communication between management, team members, clients, and external partners

Additional Responsibility - Reception & Operations (since Nov 2024)
- Took over full receptionist responsibilities following internal restructuring, in addition to core role
- Managed front-of-house operations in a high-end beauty villa environment, including:
- Premium client experience and daily client coordination
- Appointment management and on-site client care
- Handling deliveries, inventory, and supplier coordination Overseeing villa maintenance and operational readiness
- Ensured smooth day-to-day operations of the salon while maintaining luxury service standards
