- Provided legal support and consultancy to all the office clients (companies and individuals) and advised
them on a day-to-day basis regarding legal rights, obligations, operations conducted with banks etc.;
- Drafted claims and submissions of all types and litigated before civil, commercial and criminal court as well as counseled clients in Lebanon and abroad on the legal proceedings to be adopted.
- Researched in commercial law and arbitration (enforcement of foreign awards - validity of arbitration
agreements - calculation of damages and allocation of costs, etc );
- Drafted briefs and notes relating to civil and commercial legal issues (Apple and Bouygues Telecom Case -
Barclays Bank Case etc )
- Prepared submissions and litigated before civil and commercial courts;
- Drafted briefs and legal opinions relating to commercial and company law;
- Worked on the incorporation of companies and accomplished all the related legal follow-up.
- Attended hearings in the civil and commercial courts;
