In the role of an Accountant, I managed a diverse portfolio spanning GCC countries: Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and two Dubai retail outlets. Responsibilities included: Oversight of financial record maintenance and bookkeeping for a structured financial landscape. Proficiency in processing sales/purchase vouchers, journal entries, and managing current accounts. Updating accounts payable, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring financial accuracy and integrity. Preparation of monthly financial statements and contributing to quarterly balance sheets for comprehensive reporting. Handling financial management tasks like cheque issuance, vendor payments, and petty cash management. Expertise in reconciling accounts and assuming various accounting roles, including receivables, payables, and reconciliations. Utilization of advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to create detailed financial reports aiding decision-making. This experience demonstrates my ability to manage complex financial tasks efficiently and accurately, making a substantial contribution to organizational financial health.
As an intern in MBH, i am the one who support the accounting department by performing clerical task, including bookkeeping and payroll computation, fact-checking and taxfiling. I am the one who is responsible to manage and organize supporting documents in a Google Drive and in Google Sheet. I am also recording and encoding Purchases and Sales Transaction in a Tax Software Platform called Juantax. I also generate Financial Statement and Management Reports. Collaborated with the Senior Bookkeeper in managing the General Ledgers, specificallt in the reconciliation of the Petty Cash and organizing the Cash Disbursement Joournal.
I studied Management Accounting in Holy Angel University, our program included statistical analysis with software application ( Xero and Sap), IT Application Tools in Business, Internal Auditing and many more accounting subjects.
