- Prepares preliminary / tender, baseline and construction schedule with resource allocation and cost loading;
- Monitors and updates progress and delays;
- Prepares and monitors manpower distribution;
- Update program on Primavera;
- Coordinates with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineer, QA/QC Engineers regarding project’s progress and delays;
- Coordinates with other department in preparation of internal and client reports like the fortnightly / biweekly and monthly reports;
- Quantity take-off for preparation of time schedule.

-Prepares construction schedule and three weeks look ahead
-Monitors manpower, equipment and tools distribution
-Assist / support field operation group (provide drawings and documents and studies some problems / irregularities at site)
-Prepare rigging plans for mechanical equipments
-Estimates and monitors RFIs (Request for Information), SIs (Site Instruction) and FWOs (Field Work Order)
-Performs materials take-off and prepares bill of quantities

-Prepares construction methodology for all EEI bid proposals
-Prepares preliminary construction schedule using Primavera
-Coordinates with other department to gather necessary information / data for preparation of project presentation
-Design and prepares drawings / layout for miscellaneous works
-Estimates scaffolding / formworks requirements for various EEI Projects
-Prepares and updates manpower forecast for all EEI projects
-Prepares materials / presentation for the new trainees
-Conducts technical examination for the applicants ( Cadet Engineer, Junior Engineer and Field Engineer)
