Celso is an Architect who is a dynamic, hardworking and ambitious with 20 yrs of diversified work experienced in Project Management/ Construction Management Services as part of Supervision Site Staff as a Senior Architect Engineer, Lead Architect, Senior ID Architect, Assistant RE and ensure Quality Assurance in multi discipline capacity of various construction types of buildings and vertical structures, mixed-used projects from Hotels, Office Towers, Hospitality and Sustainability Projects, Mixed Used Projects like Commercial bank, Luxury Shops, high end retail stores and Residences. I have been involved with projects like Government, Hospitality Projects & Cultural Village like Museums, and Luxury Residences from Sheikh Villa, High end apartments, flats and condominiums. Involved with other projects like banks, retail shops, industrial buildings, townhouses and religious buildings. included on this profile but not limited to construction supervision and other related discipline for completion of Interior Fit-out and finishing works that include Specialty Fit-out Works for Specialty Restaurants, 3 star Spa (Wellness Spa), gyms and court (tennis, squash court, basketball and) and club houses.
Provide overall responsibility to review and approve contractor submittals and other correspondences, give resolutions to all technical queries and other issues on site. Responsible for ensuring contractor compliance with contract specifications and drawings through inspections. Monitoring Contractor’s performance in relation to acceptable standards. Responsible for review and approval of shop drawings and other technical submittals (e.g. RFI’s, Material Submittals, Technical Submission, Method Statement, ITP, As- Built Drawings etc.) related to Architectural as well as Interior. Report to Architectural PM and Resident Engineer on a regular basis regarding progress- monthly report, design, quality, resources, changes and site issues etc. Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of their own work and all the work of their team. Initiate new project procedures, quality enhancements, and technical memos, NCR’s and new rate price agreement review. Managing the site architectural operation and reporting all site progress and technical issues arising on site.
