• Review and conduct interviews for all Electrical and Instrument Inspectors of the proposed QC Inspectors of the contractors.
• Prepare daily reports and logbook entries for all activities that violate and deviate from the company standards and Quality Schedule.
• Coordinate all site inspections with the contractor QC and engineers.
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
• Familiarizes self with specifications, drawings, correspondence, and any other technical aspects of the Inspection Book.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Liaise with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested.
• Coordinate with the contractor QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems.
• Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained.
• Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation
• Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and within contract specifications.
• The issuance of non-conformance reports in conjunction with the site QC manager.
• The completion of site instructions and coordinate their closure and review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities.
