Presently working as waveform designer to customize waveform in eliminating ghosting and graytones into right perspective active matrix display platforms inspired innovative design. Run process calibration of multiplex machine and validate radiometric cameras to meet the optimum functions of the system softwares. Performed fresh updates of softwares for use on certain project involve and correct and interpret error issues in the system crash notifier. Conduct and develop playback experiment projects in collecting the right waveform data analysis.
Receiving of document for inspection of project specification prior to collections of materials lot and distributions to assembly technician. Close supervision during the assembly process to determine the proper methods and sequence of operation in performing wiring, component installation, cable harnessing and set ups to
adjustment to holding tolerance design product specifications. Perform critical repairs
On recalled components from field service engineer which involved instrumentation test and repairs as manufacturer’s warranty.
Commission and oversee the installation of systems, Plants and equipment. Maintained access database for 1000+instruments and maintained project schedule and develop project documentation such as detail design specifications and training materials. Take part in installation of all Rotating and Reciprocating equipment on HVAC accessories and Chillers. Testing of equipment to make sure they function correctly and produce the expected results. Coordinated the testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing of procedures and documentations. Monitoring progress, recorded all test results parameters, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment. Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of all plants equipment and accessories. Always make it sure all systems are designed, installed, tested, operated and maintained according to standard operation procedures as per requirements of the owner or client.
Commissioning and Testing of all Plants Equipment and accessories of 375 Bed Capacity First Class Hospital. Commissioned and installed to operational functions all Plants equipment instrumentation and accessories to standard operational condition according to Documents specifications with the adjusted parameters to meet the specified tolerance from the standard codes prior to turn over of project to client or owner.

Prepared and implemented a Policy and Procedure (PNP) for Operation and Maintenance of the Plants and Corrective & Preventive Maintenance operation Documents and handed over to clients or owner of the Medical Center

Study all Documentations and Plants specifications and design and meeting with clients to discuss possible target turnover of project. Involve in procurements of emergency materials and special tools if needed. Conducting site inspection with P&ID /PFD to insure the right positioning and technical aspect are in orders. Commissioning and Final testing of Plants prior to turnover and parameters adjustment to required level + or - in tolerance as per standards specification of codes.
Study on site prior and documentation of project implementation. Reviews on design drawing and specifications of equipment and accessories involve on power station project. Set up schedule for moving of equipment to start up. Involve in coordination on Manufacturer O&M representative during commissioning. Supported all commissioning and start up activities on both Caterpillar and Cummins Diesel Generators. Check all requirements on UPS control system to avoid interruption of Power supplies on Data centers and Telecom Towers. Coordinate with other commissioning discipline (advance control system, Instrumentation) to start up, test and trouble shoot multiple integrated plant system.
